For many years, our partner organisation of the Baptist Convention of Malawi (BACOMA) has owned a 20-hectare farm – the so-called Balaka Farm. In 2019, the work on the farm has come a step closer to BACOMA’s long-awaited dream of a training farm.
Many people have been reached with the good news and become evangelists very quickly. These missionaries and pastors need good and Biblical training as well as support. In Las Tunas and in ten other places in eastern Cuba there are hundreds of members in training.
“CAIS” stands for “Center for holistic help for the deaf” and is part of the social work of the Convenção Batista Pioneira, the partner convent of EBM INTERNATIONAL in Brazil. The deaf learn to communicate with sign language in the CAIS project.
About 30 years ago, our missionary and coordinator Adrián Campero started to preach the good news to his people. Together with his team, he coordinates the mission work and designs the trainings for the pastors in “Quechua style”.
In the training center of our partner “Bridge of Hope” (BoH) in Gotlam which is a small city in the state of Andhra young people from poor families have the chance to get training in the fields of sewing, IT, and electrical engineering.
EBM INTERNATIONAL supports a daycare for 30 children, three preschools for about 60 children, an English Medium School for 100 children and a computer school for 15 young people. In two training centers a total of 135 young people have the chance to get training in different fields.
